Class Policies

Self-pay students

Registration Policy:

For computer classes, personal enrichment classes, kids classes and others provided by the Corry Higher Education Council:

  • Registration deadline is typically 2 business days before the start date of class.
  • Payment is required at the time of registration.
  • Payment methods: Cash, Check or Debit/Credit Card. (Visa, MasterCard or Discover)

Registration can be made:

  • In person at the Hi-Ed Council.
  • By phone if paying by debit/credit card.
  • By mail only if payment will arrive by the registration deadline.
  • Other information needed if registering by mail:
    • Student’s name & address
    • Name of the class with start date & time of the class
    • Daytime telephone number
    • Current email address

We attempt to call students approximately 1-2 days before the class as a reminder and to confirm registration.

 

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your registration at any time up to the registration deadline and receive a full refund. Cancellations after the registration deadline and before the start of class will be refunded at 50% of the course cost. No refunds are made after the class begins.

 

 

Employer-Pay Students

Registration Policy:

  • Registration deadline is 2 business days before the start date of the class.
  • Employer will be invoiced immediately after registration.
  • Information needed upon registration:
    • Name of the class with start date & time of the class
    • Student’s name & address
    • Employer’s name & address
    • Contact person if other than student
    • Daytime phone number

We attempt to call students approximately 1-2 days before the class as a reminder and to confirm registration.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of registrations can be made at any time up to the registration deadline. For cancellations after the registration deadline and before the start of class, the employer will be invoiced for 50% of the course cost. For cancellations after the course starts, employers will be invoiced for the full course cost. No refunds are made after the class begins.
